Game Setup and Limits

• Maximum Players: Up to 8 players as guests or participants in a single match.

• Team Sizes: Supports teams of 2, 3, or 4 players (such as 4-vs-4 formats).

• Recommended Group Size: 2 to 4 players per simulator bay for the best speed of play. 

Do you offer service in French?

• Yes, our simulator software and booking platform support both English and French, so you can use the facility in your preferred language.

• While our customer support is currently available in English only, we're committed to serving our bilingual community and hope to offer full bilingual support as our business grows.

How do I get inside?

• After booking your session, you'll receive a unique access code by email. Arrive a few minutes before your tee time, enter your code at the entrance, and head straight to your simulator bay. The facility is self-serve, so you can start playing as soon as your booking begins.

Do I need clubs?

• Yes, you'll need to bring your own golf clubs. We provide premium golf balls, tees, and everything else needed to enjoy your session. Clean, dry clubs are appreciated to help keep the facility in great condition.

Can beginners play?

• Absolutely. Whether you're picking up a club for the first time or training for your next tournament, Trackman offers practice modes, virtual driving ranges, fun games, and world-famous courses that make golf enjoyable for every skill level.

Can I bring friends?

• Of course. Each bay is designed for small groups, making it perfect for friends, family, or coworkers. Take turns hitting shots, play a full round together, or simply relax and enjoy the space. Check our booking page for the maximum recommended group size.

What if I need help?

• Most sessions are completely self-guided, but we've designed the experience to be simple and intuitive. If you run into an issue, you'll find troubleshooting instructions in the bay, and our support team can be reached by phone or email during support hours. We're always happy to help get you back to golfing as quickly as possible.
